Adoption Application

We require every customer to fill out an application so we get to know the people wanting to adopt our puppies. We want to make sure they are going to loving homes who are prepared for the amount of care that Doodles require such as grooming, vetting, and energy levels. 

Filling out the application does not guarantee that you will get a puppy. We place our puppies in loving homes by our discretion. Adoption forms are only kept for a year, then a new form will need to be filled out. An application and deposit is required to reserve a puppy or join a waiting list for a future puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable for 1 year. If you place a deposit on a puppy 6 weeks and up and change your mind, you forfeit your deposit.
